San Miguel Hospice (sanmiguelhospice.com) is operated by Panoramic Media SAS de CV. This notice describes how we handle personal data under Mexico’s LFPDPPP principles and, where they apply, GDPR-style fairness, purpose limitation, and data-minimization ideas.

What we collect

From families: name, email, and the message you send through a provider contact form. From applicants: name, optional business name, photo, bilingual bios, categories, languages, phone, email, experience, optional credentials file, neighborhoods, and availability notes. From providers who sign in: authentication data via Supabase. Chat messages are processed to generate a reply and are not stored by us after the session.

What not to send

Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, CURP or Social Security numbers, passport numbers, or financial account details.

Why we use it

To operate the directory, relay contact messages, review applications, send transactional email (including notices to the administrator), and allow providers to edit their listing. We do not sell personal data. We do not run online payments.

Sharing

Contact form messages are emailed to the chosen provider. Applications are emailed to the site administrator. Hosting, database, email, and the Care Companion run on processors (currently including Railway, Supabase, Resend, and Google Gemini) acting on our instructions.

Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, and you may object to or limit certain processing, by writing to the administrator. We keep data only as long as needed to operate listings and follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including server-side API keys and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
